A flavoursome semi-milled carnaroli rice, that has more layers of the external husk removed than the traditional brown variant. With less husk the rice has a warm off-white colour and a lower cooking time. During cooking it releases the starch homogeneously, giving a welcoming creamy result that makes it the ideal rice for use in all types of risotto dishes.
