Tamia Olive Oil 500ml

The Tamia Estate in Lazio consists of over 2,500 trees, and the family have been deeply involved in promoting and improving agricultural development in the region since the 1920s.

The rich volcanic soil is full of minerals particularly suited to olive growing, and the high levels of polyphenols found in Tamia are a testimony to the quality of the olives produced there.

A full-flavoured, robust oil with a perfume of fresh cut grass and unripe green pear skins. On the palate, Tamia is full of herbaceous notes of woody herbs and raw artichokes. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasantly spicy green chilli flavour hitting the back of the throat.

Delicious on steak, as a finishing oil for roasted vegetables, with bruschetta or simply drizzled over fresh pasta and parmesan. Certified Organic
