The Artisan Kitchen are a Gloucester based multi award winning artisan producer of jams, marmalades and preserves. Each unique, bursting with real fruit flavours, handmade and homemade, in just over 10 years they have won over 100 awards and are the the only choice for jam lovers, marmalade fanatics and foodies alike.
Bermondsey Street Bees
A sustainable beekeeping practice founded in London in 2007 offering award-winning artisanal raw honeys from their hives in London’s rewilded Docklands area, as well as an eclectic range of body, bath, home and lifestyle products. They are committed to putting their bees first as well as to working within their community to exchange learning and share skills.
Bertie's Marvellous
Bertie's Marvellous hot sauces live up to their name, combining chilli heat with some wonderful ingredients that tantalise the pallete. Inspired by his years of travel, the real Bertie behind the brand, spent over two years developing and refining his range of sauces, before finally launching in 2024. As he says, they are created to dip, drizzle or pour over everything... and yes we do! These are something very special in a crowded category that really does set them aside.
Blackthorn Sea Salt
Blackthorn Sea Salt produce sea salt flakes from 100% Scottish West Coast sea water; no adding, no seeding, no bleaching, just pure Scottish sea salt, meaning that when you taste Blackthorn Salt you taste nature – the sea, the winds and the thorns. Their specially constructed graduation tower packed with blackthorn branches gives the salt a slightly off white colour and, we believe, adds something distinct to its taste.
Burren Balsamics
Burren Balsamics stemmed from a desire to create an array of flavours which could be used as part of any recipe, to produce not just a luxury dressing, but a store cupboard essential. After all, they believe that it is so much more than a dressing. All produced with balsamic vinegar from Modena, as well as their aged Grand Reserve, they produce a range of infused black and white balsamic vinegars that bring a wealth of flavours and enlighten the palette... and their roast onion jam is something we cannot help ourselves with!
Fangst
FANGST is Scandinavian for ‘catch’ – and is the name of this small company rooted in Nordic nature and food culture. It is their mission to make tasty meals and snacks from what they catch, harvest and hunt. In waters, fields, and forests of the North. With respect for nature and gastronomic craftsmanship.
Fino
Returning to Oxford after many happy years in Casarabonela, Spain, in 2016 , Fino Founder Susie decided to bring the magic of her village oil, and two remarkable balsamics back with her, and began selling them in the UK. Since then, and numerous Great Taste Awards, including a Golden Fork for Spain in 2023, her oils and balsamics have developed cult status.
Freda's
A love of peanut butter and a trip to New Zealand in a camper van called Freda were the inspiration behind the development of this unbelievably tasty brand. Uniquely flavoured, deeply roasted with natural ingredients and the perfect crunch- this is peanut butter, but better!
Fresh Flour Company
The Fresh Flour Company crackers are made using fresh flour and ancient and interesting grains, mixed with the finest of other ingredients - Kadode Kampot pepper (the worlds best pepper), Cornish Sea salt, Palm flower sugar, Greek olive oils. Great with cheese or just to snack on, we love their Kampot pepper crackers with a great onion jam.
Islands Chocolate
Growing the finest flavour cocoa on their own farms in St Vincent, and partner farms that they work with in the Dominican Republic, Islands craft award winning chocolates beloved by the UK’s top chefs, baristas, bakers and connoisseurs, as well as an extra-ordinary hazlenut and chocolate spread.
Isle of Wight Tomatoes
Thanks to the moist maritime air and more hours of sunshine than anywhere else in the UK, for over 15 years, Isle of Wight Tomato Tomatoes have been growing tomatoes in the rich fertile soil of the Arreton Valley, on the glorious Isle of Wight. Combining age-old traditions with modern-day innovation they're passionate about growing tomatoes that taste the way they should.
Kadode
Kadode Kampot Pepper isn’t just any pepper – it’s a pepper of true distinction. It will tantalise your tastebuds, bringing an unmistakable new dimension to all your culinary creations. From southwest Cambodia, in the shadows of the Phnom Voir mountain range in Kampot Province, the mineral rich soil and unique climate combine to create a distinct terroir, which aided by traditional and sustainable farming methods nurtures their premium pepper to perfection.
Nuri
NURI is produced at Pinhais & Cª Lda factory, a canning company in Matosinhos, Portugal, founded in 1920 and which, until today, is the only company that remains faithful to the traditional method throughout its production. Made using only the best fish, the freshness of its ingredients, in homemade (and secret) recipes perfected by generations.
Ocelot
As if their delightful bold packaging and mouthwatering chocolate was not enough their total commitment to sustainability is ground-breaking in an industry that often pays nothing but lip service to the communities they work in. From paying farmers a living wage, to planing trees for every bar sold, they are pioneers in setting up projects that protect our rainforests, empower women ... and of course all their packaging is fully recyclable and compostable.
Pafritas
Established in 1994 by three brothers and their mother in Rioja, Pafritas stands out by frying Spanish potatoes in 100% virgin olive oil from a nearby estate in Quel and sprinkling them with 1% Mediterranean sea salt from Alicante. Together, they have perfected Spain’s humble tradition of potato crisps. The choice to fry in top-grade virgin olive oil results in an undeniably lighter, crispier, all-natural snack.
Pastificio Carleschi
Launched in 2019 Pastificio Carleschi (Past-if-each-yo Car-less-key) were the first British Artisan Organic dry pasta made in the UK. They exclusively use UK Agriculture-sourced spelt, emmer, and einkorn grains, stoneground to preserve it's authentic taste. All their pasta is artisan, organic, bronze-extruded and slow dried at low temperatures.
Seasn
The idea for seasn began six years ago while founder Ben was experimenting in his kitchen with different plants. The result is seasn, the secret ingredient to making tastier drinks, a pair of delicious and intense cocktail bitters - just add a few dashes to transform your favourite drinks.
Tregothnan
Home to the Boscawen family since 1334 Tregothnan grows a huge variety of plants in the largest historic botanical garden in Cornwall from which they produce their award-winning English Teas, Cornish Manuka Honey and unique Kea Plum Jam amongst a variety of other estate produce.
Marques de Valdueza
Don Alonso, the Marques de Valdueza and his son Fadrique areserious farmers, and reflect the terroir of their hard Extremaduran land with the same commitment that their ancestors had when they travelled to South America many centuries ago. We adore their light and bright Merula Olive Oil, a true kitchen staple.
