By bringing together mouthwatering foods from truly exceptional producers on Provenance Hub, you're able to order from a curated selection that is only available together from us. To ensure that you receive items in their freshest and best condition we dispatch some of these items from our warehouse in London, while other items are dispatched direct to you by the producer. Everything we sell on our site is sold by us to you, and should you have any problems whatsoever we are here to resolve them for you AND you only ever pay one delivery fee per order, irrespective of how we dispatch these goods to you, and for orders over £50.00 delivery is free.

Express Delivery (2-4 Working Days)

£4.50 for 2 items
£5.50 for 3 items
£6.50 for 4 items
£6.95 for 5 or more
For orders under £50.00 you could pay as little as £3.50 for delvery, and will never pay more than £6.95 for delivery. This is calculated by the number of products ordered.

Understanding Delivery
The 'Delivery Information' section on every product page explains how a product will be delivered and the estimated delivery date. Products will either be 'Dispatched by Provenance Hub' or 'Dispatched Direct from the Producer' as described below.
Dispatched by Provenance Hub
When shown on the product information page, this means that we hold stock of the item and will dispatch this to you from our warehouse in London.
Dispatched Direct from the Producer
When shown on the product information page, this means this items will be sent to you directly by the producer.
In all instances you are purchasing from Provenance Hub, we are not a marketplace, and handle any issues or returns for everything that we sell.
