Farmed at the Faroe Islands. Its remote location in the North Atlantic, clear waters, cool steady temperatures, strong currents and protected fjords make the Faroe Islands the perfect place for salmon. To this FANGST salmon we have added a sprinkle of verbena herb and crushed sea buckthorn - a berry that grows by the coasts of the North, and is known as 'the Nordic lemon'.
