Rooted in Nordic Nature & Food Culture

Sild No 1 Herring

£8.50
In Stock

Norwegian Sea herring is gently smoked over beech wood and lightly spiced with white pepper and ramson (wild garlic). This is Fangst’s tribute to the mighty herring, a fish that has been fundamental to Nordic fishing, trade and food culture since the Middle Ages. The herring or sild is smooth-textured and flavour-dense. Fangst says it has created a taste of the coast and a hint of the forest with this tin.
