“Fresh, full of greengage flavour and texture. Not overly sweet, soft and yielding on the palate…and with a perfectly judged acidity on the finish. You haven’t over cooked it, you’ve allowed the fruit to shine. Delicate in flavour – it isn’t punchy – this jam is confident in its own authentic greengage flavour. “
