Fresh Flour Company Kadode Kampot White Pepper Sourdough Crackers
A cracker produced from ancient wheats, heritage wheats and toasted grains - grown in partnership, sometimes harvested and definitely stone milled, by us. Sourdough mixed sea salt and Kampot white pepper to form a crisp cracker with hints of malt barley, sharp and clear lasting heat and spice.
Fresh Flour use English heritage, ancient and interesting wheats, working in close partnership with organic farmers, paying them fairly and realistically.
They mill the grains they grow into flour on their premises, making and packing all their products using ethically sourced ingredients and Devon water.
If you don't eat all of the crackers when you open the pack (hard to believe, I know!) and should they lose their snap, simply put them in a warm oven (100℃) for a few minutes. Let them cool and they'll snap and taste as good as new!
