Handmade in small batches, this gloriously deep, rich and versatile condiment is also a flavouring and cooking ingredient in its own right.
Bertie’s Marvellous Classic Fermented Chilli Sauce
Handmade in small batches and 14-day-fermented to deliver a complex but well-rounded take on classic chilli sauce. Scotch Bonnets, roasted red peppers, garlic & fava bean miso are seasoned with black & pink pepper, coriander & fennel seeds for a delicious punch of heat supported by layers of authentic flavour.
