Great taste Judges Comments

“What a stunner! This is how marmalade should be. The intensity of the orange is astounding. The balance of the bitter orange with sweetness is perfection – not a grain of sugar is out of place. The shred is cooked to the precise second of time that it should be, cut to within a millimetre of how thick it should be. Everything about this is utterly beautiful and full of integrity. We’d bathe in this, happily and for a very long time. The finish is long, crisp and clean. It lingers and touches every part of our taste buds.”
