Tregothnan is able to create a stronger flavour by leaving the stalk on and using whole flowers. Chamomile is known to aid relaxation, helping to soothe the nervous system and promote better sleep. It is also has a reputation as an immune booster.

Infuse for three to five minutes depending on how strong you like your tea.
