Ozi has spent nearly a year developing the Honey Harissa. It has started its course with the original North African roots and evolved further by additional ingredients of tomato paste and honey as it continued its journey across the Levant. The cleverly balanced level of heat and sweetness, harmonised by the whispers of spices and delivered in the form of a velvety, ruby paste.
One of the best aspects of harissa is its versatility. Only a tiny bit will liven up your meal, flavour your couscous, burgers, slow meats, vegetables and roasts.
