Hobros’s Speciality Himalayan Salts represent a natural, one-stop seasoning solution for a range of cooking needs, all using Pink Himalayan Salt combined with specific dried herbs and spices, without the addition of any preservatives, chemicals or additional flavour enhancers. Unlike commercial refined table salt which only contains a couple of minerals – sodium and perhaps added iodine – Pink Himalayan Salt contains at least 84 minerals, naturally occurring, with a composition of approximately only 87% sodium chloride. None of our salts contain anti-clumping chemicals.
This salt combines porcini, shiitake, oyster and boletus mushrooms with garlic, onion and celery. Umami Porcini is ideal for where an abundance of savoury umami flavours is needed, such as roasted vegetables, risottos, sautéed potatoes or white meat.
