Each Bermondsey Street tasting Box contains three very different honeys presented in a beautifully illustrated Kraft box made from recycled card. It’s an opportunity to cross taste varietals from the UNION (country) and METRO (urban) collections and experience how profoundly the terroir in which the bees live affects the honey. Every honey is a perfect snapshot of its origin, from lie of the land and the plants that grow there to the weather which shaped that year’s honey harvest.
The perfect way to compare and contrast three characterful honeys from Bermondsey Street Bees’ UNION (country) and METRO (urban) collections. Each box contains one London honey and two different country honeys. ( Varietals will vary seasonally.) The Kraft box itself is lavishly illustrated with bee friendly plantings in a design commissioned by Bermondsey Street Bees from the paper cut artist Christine Green. This set of honeys also makes a perfect gift.
